KCET 2018 (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) is a state level entrance test conducted by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) for admission to various undergraduate programmes such as Engineering, Architecture, Pharmacy, Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Farm Science courses etc. Through this exam candidates will get seat in various colleges/institutions(both government and private) across Karnataka. The first KCET was started in the year 1984 and previous year more than 1.8 lakh candidates were taken test for 47,000+ seats in around 220 colleges across Karnataka.
KEA has announced KCET 2018 exam dates and KCET 2018 exam will be conducted on April 18th and 19th of 2018. And The Horanadu, Gadinadu and Kannadiga category candidates can take the Kannada language test at the Bangalore examination centres only on April 20th. KCET 2018 will be conducted in offline mode(pen and paper) around 53 exam centres across 29 districts of Karnataka. KCET 2018 exam includes 4 papers Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology subjects, each paper of 60 marks, 80 minutes duration and conducted on two alternate days.
NEET score will be consider for admissions to Karnataka state MBBS/Dental courses. National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) is an All India level entrance examination test conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
NATA score will be consider for admissions to Karnataka state Architecture(BArch) courses. National Aptitude Test in Architecture(NATA) is an All India level entrance examination which is conducted by the Council of Architecture.
