TS EAMCET 2018 Application Form
TS EAMCET 2018 Application form has been released through online mode from March 4th 2018.Candidates need to fill all the details carefully in the online application form. Candidates should check all filled in details before processing further. There will be no need to send the application form in offline mode. Candidates can make correction in the application from April 6th to April 9th 2018.
First, candidates should have Email Account. If he/she does not have then it is mandatory to create an Email Account.
Things needed while filling the application form. If you do not have any of these, you should get it prepared as soon as possible. The application form will not be complete without these documents:
- Class 10 Mark Sheet
- An email-id
- Phone number
- Class 10 Admit Card
- Class 12 Admit card
- Date of Birth certificate
- PH, NCC, Sports etc. certificates
- Caste certificates for SC/ST/BC candidates
- Income certificate for candidates who wish to apply for fees reimbursement- whose family income is below 1 lakh/ 2lakh
- Aadhar card
How to fill TS EAMCET 2018 Application Form
4 Steps are given below to fill the TS EAMCET-2018 Online Application Form
Step 1:Application Fee Payment: Candidate can make Online Fee Payment.
Step 2:Know your Payment status: Candidate can check Success/Failure status of their Fee Payment
Step 3:Fill Application: After Fee payment, either by Cash at TSOnline / APOnline Center or by Money Transfer by Debit/Credit/Net Banking modes, Candidate need to fill in the Application form.
Step 4:Print Application Form: After Submission of Application Form, Candidate can print the Submitted Form.
Step 1-Application Fee Payment
- Click on application fee payment field a new page will appear
- After clicking on the Continue button, the following Payment Verification web page will appear.
- Fill in all the details in the respective fields and Click on button Proceed to Payment
After the correct and mandatory details are entered the web page of Payment through Credit Card / Debit Card/Net Banking is aksed
Select the Card Type (VISA or MASTER CARD or MAESTRO) mentioned on the Card and Click the button Make Payment. Be ready with the Card related details (Card number, Expiry date / from date, Security Code / CVV number etc).
After Successful Payment web page will automatically be redirect to page shown below:
To fill the Online Application Form, click on “Proceed to Fill Application” as shown above
Step 2-Know Your Payment Status
After completion of Fee Payment, Candidate can check the Status of the Payment entering Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket Number, Mobile Number, Date of Birth and Stream.
Step 3-Filling Application Form
Candidate has two options:
- Fill in the Application immediately or
- Fill in the Application at a later date.
Click on Proceed to Fill Application to fill the application immediately and you will be taken to the Application screen . If you choose another day to fill the Application, simply close the window.
In some rare cases, if the amount is deducted from your account but the message Transaction is successful or the payment reference ID is not displayed, wait for few hours and check your payment status as mentioned in Step 2. Orelse pay the Registration Fee again as in Step 1. The amount that was deducted from your account during the first attempt will be refunded into your Bank Account. Click on Fill Application Form tab in home page, the following screen will be displayed.
After details are given click on proceed to fill application
Stream Details:3 options are given, 1 for Agriculture and Medical (AM), 2 for Engineering, Agriculture and Medical (E & AM) and 3 for Engineering (E). Choose the stream.
Note:All the candidates are suggested to make sure their eligibility before applying. The intermediate candidates applying for both E & AM streams have to enter the Additional Subjects / General Bridge Course (AM Stream only) Hall Ticket number in the “Bridge Course (BIE) Hall Ticket No. field.
Qualifying Examination Details:following options are given: Intermediate (Regular), Intermediate (Vocational), RGUKT, CBSE, ISC, Diploma, NIOS, TSOSS/APOSS and Others. The qualifying examination details you have already entered during the fee payment process will get frozen here in this field. If want to apply for both stream (E & AM), then must enter Bridge course hall ticket number. Select the medium of instruction in qualifying exam and medium of language to take EAMCET–2018 test. Also, select the college type where you have studied intermediate/12th.
Photograph: The candidates who have passed intermediate (regular) – (only 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 passed & 2018 appeared candidates) need not to upload the photograph as their photo will be automatically uploaded from the intermediate database. But, the candidates other than above mentioned years need to upload their photograph by clicking on “Select File” button. The photograph format is given below:
- The photograph format should be in jpeg format
- The size of the file should be less than 30 kb
Signature:Press the Select File button for uploading the signature. The signature must be required in the following format:
- The signature format should be in jpeg format
- The size of the file should be less than 15 kb
Candidate Details:The candidates who have passed their qualifying examination as intermediate (regular or vocational) are not required to enter the Candidate’s Name, Mother’s Name, Father’s Name and Gender, as these fields are automatically updated from the existing intermediate database. The fields other than these four fields are required to be filled by the candidate. This facility is only for the candidates who have passed/appeared qualifying examination in the year 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018.
The candidates passed qualifying examination other than the above mentioned years have to fill all the personal details including Candidate’s Name, Mother’s Name, Father’s Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Birth State, Birth District, Aadhaar Card Number/Enrollment Number, Non-Minority/Minority details.
Category: Choose your category as per your caste certificate.
Seeking Admission under Special Category: For special category candidates, the options available are: NCC, PH (VH/HI/OH), CAP and Sports.
Local Area Status: Choose your local area
- AU: Andhra University
- OU: Osmania University
- SVU: Sri Venkateswara University
- Non Local: According to the Non Local conditions mentioned in the Instruction booklet
Regional Centre:A Drop down box is provided for choosing the regional centre. Select the place from where you want to take the test.
Non Minority/Minority:Candidate should select minority option he/she belongs to minority community, if not select non-minority option.
Annual Income of the Parent’s (in Rs.):Choose the appropriate option of income as per your parental income.
Urdu Translation required for EAMCET Exam (Only for URDU medium candidates):Only the candidates who have chosen Hyderabad as their test centre can avail this facility of URDU TRANSLATOR. Click on ‘Yes’ option if requires a Urdu Translation.
Place of Study: Urban and Rural option is available for choosing the place of study. Choose the appropriate option for both SSC (10th) and Intermediate (12th) class.
Address for Correspondence:The address details required are House No. or C/o., Village / Street / Locality, Mandal / Town / City, District, State, Pin Code, Contact Telephone Number (Mobile), Telephone Number (Landline) and Email.
Study Details:Provide the study details with respect to the district. Enter Class 1 to 12 district details from where the candidate has completed their studies.
Verify the Entered Details: Verify all the entered details thoroughly and go to the declaration page available at the bottom of the application form. Tick Mark the “I accept the Terms and Conditions” check box and click the “Submit” button to proceed further.
If any of the field remains incomplete, a message box will appear indicating the missing of some information.If all the details are entered properly then, “Click OK to Submit the Application Form.Click Cancel to Verify and Edit your Application Form” message will be displayed on the screen.Press the confirm Button and proceed to print the Filled In Online Application Form.
Click on “Download/Print Filled In Application Form” button for downloading the submitted application form. Take the printouts of the filled in application form and keep it safe for future use. Also, note down your registration number.
The candidates can also take the direct printout of the filled in application form by clicking on Print your Filled In Application Form” link available on the home page of the website.
step 4:Print the Application Form
- Visit the official website of TS EAMCET 2018.
- Click on the link Print Your Filled in Application Form.
- A log in window will open.
- Enter your Registration Number and Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket Number.
- Click on the Log In button.
- The application form will display on the screen.
- Now candidates can take a printout of it.
Corrections in the TS EAMCET 2018 Filled In Application Form If the candidate commits any mistake in the filled in application form of TS EAMCET 2018 then, there is a one time opportunity provided by the authority to rectify the mistakes. By clicking on Request for Corrections to Online Application Form (only available during a stipulated period), the mistakes will be corrected. The correction window will be available only on the home page of the screen.
