UPSEE 2018 Application Form
Applications has been released by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) in online mode from January 23rd 2018. The date for submission of online application form is extended from 15th March 2018 to 30th March 2018.UPSEE 2018 Entrance Exam for B Tech B Arch B Pharm will be held on April 29th 2018.Candidates can also fill UPSEE application form 2018 with late fee untill April 1st 2018. UPSEE application form correction facility is available till April 5th 2018.
Candidates have to fill all of the required valid information in the online application form of UPSEE 2018. The scanned images of the photograph, signature and thumb impression of the candidate also have to be uploaded in the UPSEE 2018 application form.
Aadhaar card number is not mandatory for filling the UPSEE application form 2018. Candidates who do not have Aadhaar no may also fill the application form by mentioning alternative identification number such as ration card, Passport, Bank Account No. or any other valid government ID(driving License, Voter ID etc).

Documents/certificates required before filling online Application form
Candidates needs to keep the following Documents/Certificates with them while applying for the entrance exam.
- Aadhaar Number
- An Email Id and mobile number
- Marks sheet of class 10
- Marks sheet of class 12
- Scanned image of photograph and signatute as per specifications
Specifications for Scanned Documents
|Photograph||The colour passport size photograph has to be recent. The face of the candidates should be clear and visible in the photograph. File Size:4KB to 100KB File Dimension:3.5 cm x 4.5 cm File Format:JPEG|
|Signature||The signature should have been done on a white background with a black or blue pen.It should not be in capital letters File Size:1KB to 30KB File Dimension: 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm|
Procedure to Fill UPSEE Application Form 2018
The application form of UPSEE 2018 is available from January 23, 2018. Candidates who wants to appear for UPSEE 2018 will have to register themselves for the examination by filling up the application form . Follow the given steps to fill and submit the UPSEE 2018 application form.

- First, Candidates have to register for UPSEE 2018 Examination.
- The candidates should select “Apply” and read all of the instructions and procedure for the submission of the application form.
- After reading all the details, the candidates has to click on “Proceed” to fill the online application form of UPSEE 2018.
How to fill UPSEE application form 2018
Candidate has to complete the following steps to fill the UPSEE 2018 application form:
Step 1: To register for the entrance exam, candidate should go to the “New Candidate Registration” page and click on the “Apply” tab. The candidate will be redirected to a page that will have instructions and procedures for filling the UPSEE 2018 application form. Go through each point carefully and click on “Click here to proceed” tab to continue.
Step 2:The candidate have to enter the following details to start the registration process:
- Candidate’s Name
- Name of mother and father
- Date of Birth
- Parent Domicile
If the candidate chooses Assam, Meghalaya, or Jammu & Kashmir as parent domicile, the candidate can use Passport number, Voter ID card, Student ID, Ration Card, Bank Account, or any other valid govt. Id, including Aadhaar Card, to register for their exam.
Step 3: Candidates will have to fill the following details in the form.
- Personal Details: Candidates should fill their name, father's name, mother's name, DOB, gender, Aadhar Number, category (if applicable) and other required details here. All details has to be valid and properly filled.
- Selection of Courses and Examination City: Candidates has to provide the exam they are applying for, qualifying exam they have appeared in and exam centres in the order of their priority.
- Educational Details: Candidates has to provide their qualification, pass status, name of the course, board and year of passing along with percentage of marks and other details required.
- Communication Information: Candidate should provide the address, locality, City, State, District with pin code and email address, mobile number and others.
- Password Creation: Candidates have to create a unique password with special characters.
After all the details are entered, candidates has to review their submitted details. In case of any mistakes, candidates will be able to edit their application form before the final submission. Once the UPSEE 2018 application form is submitted successfully, an application number will be sent to the registered mobile number of the candidates which they have to keep safely for future reference.
Uploading of Scanned Images:
Candidates will have to upload their scanned images of their photograph and signature as per the specifications set by the admission committee which is given above in the specification table. Blurred images will be rejected. It is important that candidates check the review of their uploaded images and "Save" only if the image is clear. Changes in images can not be made once it is uploaded.
Payment of Application Fees
Candidates has to pay the application fee of UPSEE 2018 online only through debit/ credit card/ net banking. All VISA/ Master Cards will be accepted. In addition to the examination fee, candidates have to pay the extra bank charges. After successful payment of fees, a transaction number will be generated which candidates will have to keep safely for future use.
To pay the fee, the candidate can choose any of the two payment gateways:

Printing of Confirmation Page
After successful payment of the examination fee, the candidate needs to take the printout of the confirmation page. The confirmation page would include details entered by the candidate at the time of registration and while filling the application form, including personal, educational, contact details, and uploaded images. Additionally, the page will also include fee payment details like:
- Mode of Payment
- Exam fee
- Transaction ID
- Date of Transaction
- Date of fee submission
The candidate needs to take the printout of the confirmation page, as it may be required for future reference.
UPSEE Application Form Correction 2018
Only Partial correction facility has been provided to the candidates after the submission of the application form of UPSEE until April 5th, 2018 (till 5 pm). Editing and corrections in the submitted application form can be done by the candidates through the correction facility of UPSEE 2018 application form. The candidates will have to login using their application number and password to access the correction facility.
The correction facility will also be available only once to all candidates. However, the candidates will not be able to edit or correct all of the information they have submitted.The following details cannot be corrected.
- Candidate Name
- Date of Birth
- Parent's Domicile
- Aadhaar details
How to recover Lost Password & Application Number
To recover the lost password, candidates will have to answer the security question and its answer they have chosen during UPSEE registration or enter the verification code sent to their registered mobile numbers. Candidates will also be able to recover their password through the resent link sent to their re gistered email IDs.
To recover application number, candidates will have to provide their name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth and security pin. It is important to make sure that candidates enter the same details as provided during registration
